Building
Terrestrial.
A small, community-driven studio making a systemic multiplayer world. We’ve been here before — and we’re building something better.
Sneak Peak · Our New Game
Project Code Name:
Terrestrial*
Whilst we’re not quite ready to share full details about our new game, what we can share is the core vision. Since we’re still very early in the development cycle, everything is subject to change — and we’d rather not release too much info and risk overhyping features that may lead to false expectations or pressure on our team.

We plead patience. Join our community to participate in the future of <TERRESTRIAL>*
*This may or may not be the game name we stick with, but for now it’s what we’ll refer to it as.
<TERRESTRIAL>
Details coming soon
Core Vision · What We’re Building
💻
Built Standalone for PC
This isn’t going to be a mod — it’s a full standalone game. We’re developing within s&mbox using C#, with the intention of a full Steam/PC release. Console may follow.
Platform · Steam / PC

Online Multiplayer
After all the joy we had in the Chronet GMod days, we’re building multiplayer from the start. PvE-focused rather than PvP. The vision is eventually hundreds of players per server — but we’ll start co-op.

Focused on Fun
We’re not building a grind. No hundreds of boring hours to get anywhere. We’re approaching every decision with "how do we make this as fun as possible?" Just like the GMod days — we need a lot of laughs.

Our History
Inspired by
Our Past
Community-driven game development is something we strongly believe in. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for our dedicated player group that stuck with us over the years.

Many would agree that our success was built on a strong community — many of whom are still in contact over 10 years later. That community was heavily involved in the development of the original Chronet gamemode, and we want the same for this new game. From bouncing ideas off the community, to lots of playtests — we’re in this to build something beautiful, for the people.

"The community was the game. Still is."
Development Philosophy
Stoked for
the Future
We’re starting from a blank canvas — something that’s both exciting and daunting. We’ve got a lot of ideas, some of which have made it into our initial game design document.

We’re going by the old rule: fail fast, iterate faster, and follow the fun. We’re implementing core ideas and then seeing where the path of development takes us, letting the game discover itself. We’re open to big changes as we go — hopefully finding a winning formula that makes Terrestrial fun, enjoyable, and memorable.

Our Small Team?
We’re looking for passionate game developers keen to dedicate some free time to our new project. Whilst we’re not ready to employ anyone full time, we’re potentially keen on getting part-time developers to help us on our journey.
